New Oil Tests Available

We are pleased to inform you of our recent addition of technologically advanced services in the lubrication life extension and root cause analysis fields.

1.      Automated Rotrode Filter Spectroscopy (A-RFS) – This is a lubricant test method that utilizes the latest design in spectrometric analysis of wear debris particles.  Elements associated with sliding, cutting and fatigue wear modes are detected and monitored.  The method allows engineers to be alerted of early wear related issues so that it can be proactively resolved.

2.      Ruler Test – This is the latest ASTM test in oxidation monitoring and trending of oxidation inhibitors that accurately determines the life of your oil so as to avoid detrimental oil degradation.

3.      Balance Charge Agglomeration (BCA^®) – This technology has been developed, tried and tested to specifically remove vanish build-up within your equipment.  This is similar to cholesterol in the human body where build-up of vanish can be catastrophic to your operation.
